Our first dinner at our new place was super exciting! So many options!!
Oh wait... we hadn't unpacked almost anything. hahaha. We had gone to the grocery store and picked up a few frozen things, and some foil. FOIL!!
I took 2 raw chicken strips and covered them frozen vegetables then drown it all in Italian dressing (thats where I messed up, maybe drowning your food in dressing isn't for you). Wrap it up in foil and stick it in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Mmmm... Delicious foil dinners. (Ok this one wasn't the best I had ever eaten, but for our first meal in our chaos, I was pretty satisfied).

I'm Back!
Hey all! (mostly just Rachel, I think she's the only one reading right now :)
After a long hiatus from eating new and delicious food (money costs, and a new food mate) I am back, though I am changing things up a bit.
I got married a few months back and we moved from the California Bay Area (wonderland of delicious delectable) to a small town in Eastern Idaho. It was for love! Dont judge me! I dont have a job at the moment (interview on Monday, cross your fingers!) so I'm learning to cook and eat on a budget. I haven't figured it out yet, but so far the key is to use as little ingredients as possible. Also, Mr. Eatoutloud has a very simple pallet and I do not want to freak his poor taste buds out so early in our lives together.
I have been very good and have cooked at home every day this week (except tuesday, when we found out The Crossroads cafeteria sells .99 cent burgers and pizza). I have taken pictures of everything I think, so I will be posting this last weeks adventures, and hopefully all the next meals as well.
Well, thanks for sticking with me, and hopefully... well I dont know. Hopefully something.
