Do you cook the ramen before you fry it? It seems like the answer to this question would be "Yes, otherwise you just toast the noodles", but I could be wrong.
Correctomundo! I cook them then let them cool for a little bit before I add them so that they aren't all mushy. Doesn't happen right all the time though.
